Product Features:
1. The machine is configured with a high-performance CNC control system and an integrated touchscreen Human–Machine Interface (HMI), enabling efficient parameter entry, real-time process monitoring, and continuous supervision of equipment operating status. 2. The equipment incorporates advanced ultrasonic-frequency induction heating technology, providing rapid heating, efficient energy utilization, and environmentally compliant operation. 3. Developed as an integrated multifunctional forming system, the machine consolidates various forming operations within a single unit without requiring additional tooling or dedicated forming dies. 6. The cold-forming function is suitable for processing angle steel profiles up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm, with a maximum bending angle of 5°. This configuration provides precise deformation control, excellent dimensional accuracy, and consistent forming results.

7. Under standard operating conditions, the cold-forming cycle is approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal forming cycle generally requires approximately 120 seconds, depending on material properties and workpiece dimensions. Hot forming is initiated when the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically configured according to the material characteristics and specified bending requirements.
8. During thermal forming, operators only need to enter the required process parameters and initiate the automatic cycle using either the start button or foot switch. The machine subsequently executes the complete forming sequence automatically, including induction heating positioning, controlled heating, automatic retraction of the heating assembly, hydraulic forming, ram return, and finished workpiece discharge.

9. In combined hot- and cold-forming mode, the machining cycle begins immediately after the required process parameters are entered. The hydraulic ram remains in the forming position, while the lower forming die automatically rises by approximately 100 mm to provide adequate clearance for rapid workpiece removal. This optimized operating sequence effectively reduces cycle time and further enhances overall production efficiency.

The demonstration workpieces are produced by the*CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line in accordance with the standard specifications and manufacturing practices widely adopted in the transmission tower industry.
